Finally on the road/Blue Mountains

Vor zwei Tagen habe ich endlich mein Auto abgeholt. Damit kann meine Australienreise jetzt richtig losgehen! Leider hat es die letzten 2 Tage nur geregnet.
Two days ago I finally got my car. With the car I can really start my Australia trip! Sadly it rained for the last two days.

An den Linksverkehr habe ich mich schnell gewöhnt, aber die Suche nach einem Campingplatz gestaltete sich schwierig. Am Ende verbrachte ich die erste Nacht im Auto mit der Genehmigung eines freundlichen Australiers auf dem Parkplatz einer Wohnwagensiedlung.
I got used to the left side traffic pretty quickly, but the search for a camping ground was pretty difficult. At the end I spent my first night in the car at the parking lot of a trailer park with the permission of a friendly Australian.

Am nächsten Tag besuchte ich, aufgrund des schlechten Wetters, das Australian Museum in Sydney, womit auch meine letzte Adresse in der Innenstadt Sydneys abgehakt war.
At the next day I visited, due to the bad weather, the Australian Museum in Sydney whereby I marked off my last adress in the city centre of Sydney.

Danach fuhr ich in die Blue Mountains, wo ich die Nacht auf einem schönen abgelegenen Campingplatz mitten im Park verbracht habe.
After that I drove to the Blue Mountains where I spent the night at a beautiful remote camping ground in the middle of the park.

Hier gab es auch das erste selbstgekochte Abendessen.
Here I also had my first self cooked dinner.

Heute habe ich mir dann die 3 Sisters und die Leuna Cascades im Blue Mountains National Park angeschaut. Leider war das Wetter immer noch nicht perfekt, aber weitestgehend trocken.
Today I took a look at the 3 Sisters and the Leuna Cascades in the Blue Mountains National Park. Sadly the weather still wasn't perfect, but mainly dry.

Heute verbringe ich die Nacht in einem Hostel, überwiegend um meine Kameras wieder aufzuladen. Morgen fahre ich dann noch zu den Katoomba Falls, anschließend kurz nach Bondi Beach und dann weiter in den Botany Bay National Park.
Today I will spend the night in a Hostel mainly to recharge my cameras. Tomorrow I will drive to the Katoomba Falls, then a short trip to Bondi Beach and after that I will drive to the Botany Bay National Park.
