At the 15th of June 2016 we drove to Dooragan National Park, where we had a great view over the area from various lookouts. We also did a small walk through the national park.
Danach ging es weiter nach Newcastle, wo wir vom Nobbys Lighthouse am Nobbys Beach bis zum Newcastle Beach gelaufen sind.
After that we went to Newcastle, where we walked from Nobbys Lighthouse at Nobbys Beach to Newcastle Beach.
Am nächsten Tag (16.06.16) fuhren wir als erstes nach Avoca Beach, wo wir uns die Rockpools an der Steilküste ansahen und dort entlangliefen.
The next day (16/06/16) we first drove to Avoca Beach, where we looked at the rockpools at the cliffs and walked along there.
Danach gings in den Bouddi National Park, wo wir zur Maitland Bay wanderten und über den Bouddi Lookout zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.
After that we went to Bouddi National Park, where we walked to Maitland Bay and past Bouddi Lookout back to the start.
Am Freitag (17.06.16) besuchten wir den Australian Reptile Park nahe Gosford. Dort sahen wir uns die Reptile Show an, wo auch eine Tigerotter gemolken wurde. Die Anlagen des Parks sind schön und aufwendig gestaltet und besonders das Reptilienhaus hatte es mir angetan.
On friday (17/06/16) we visited the Australian Reptile Park. There we joined the reptile Show, where they milked a tiger snake. The enclosures are nice and very ellaborately built and I really liked the Reptile House.
Anschließend fuhren wir nach Rosevale, wo wir die Nacht verbrachten.
Afterwards we drove to Rosevale, where we spent the night.
Am Folgetag (18.06.16) fuhren wir in den Wollemi National Park, wofür wir zweimal den Hawkesbury River zweimal mit der Fähre überqueren mussten. Im Wollemi National Park machten wir dann eine Wanderung.
The next day (18/06/16) we drove to Wollemi National Park. We had to cross the Hawkesbury River twice with a ferry for this. Inside Wollemi National Park we did a hike.
Danach ging es weiter nach Katoomba, wo wir am Abend auf das Winter Magic Festival gegangen sind.
After that we went to Katoomba, where we went to the Winter Magic Festival.
Gestern (19.06.16) sind wir am Nachmittag wegen des schlechten Wetters zu den Jenolan Caves gefahren und haben dort an der Diamond Cave Tour teilgenommen. Vor der Tour haben wir uns in die Lobby des Hotels an den Kamin gesetzt.
Yesterday (19/06/16) we went to the Jenolan Caves in the afternoon due to the bad weather and joined the Diamond Cave Tour. Prior to the tour we sat down in the lobby of the hotel at the fire place.
Heute (20.06.16) sind wir zu den Wentworth Falls im Blue Mountains National Park gefahren, wo wir den National Pass, inklusive einiger Lookouts und der Lodore und Empress Falls, entlanggewandert sind.
Today (20/06/16) we drove to the Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains National Park, where we hiked along the National Pass, including a couple of lookouts and the Lodore and Empress Falls.
Nach dieser Wanderung sind wir noch zum Sublime Point Lookout, zu den Gordon Falls und haben anschließend noch eine kurze Wanderung vorbei an den Leura Cascades und Leura Falls bis zum Bridal Veil Lookout gemacht.
After this hike we also went to Sublime Point Lookout, to the Gordon Falls and did a small hike along the Leura Cascades and Leura Falls to Bridal Veil Lookout.
